Covid-19 Cancellation and Refund Policy

On-Site Live CE Courses:

Rehab Education, LLC reserves the right to cancel any live course. Changes to CDC Guidelines or State/Local mandates regarding COvid-19 may result in cancellation or postponement of course. In the event of cancellation, Rehab Education, LLC will issue a full refund of tuition, within two weeks of notice of cancellation. Rehab Education, LLC is not responsible for reimbursement for ANY travel related expenses, including  non-refundable airline tickets, overnight accommodations or other arrangements. It is recommended that you wait for your emailed confirmation prior to booking non-refundable travel or lodging.

If you must cancel your attendance at a Live CE course… please email  notice of cancellation at least 14 days prior to course, and a full refund less $75.00  administrative fee will be made. No refunds will be given for cancellations less than 14 days prior to course. 

If you must cancel your attendance at a Live CE course less than 14 days prior to the course due to a positive Covid-19 test, please email cancellation notice along with proof of positive Covid-19 test and your tuition will be applied to another course/date/location of your choice.

If you have not received confirmation 10 days prior to course, please contact Rehab Education, LLC to check on status of your registration. 

ONLINE COURSES: Please make your online course selection carefully, because once they are purchased they cannot be returned or refunded.
